Ringing in a new year generally means a busy time for our PowerClerk® Incentives customers, as it often coincides with the opening of new incentive funding. 2013 has been no exception. In January, Imperial Irrigation District (IID) in California, and Rocky Mountain Power in Utah, utilized PowerClerk’s online incentive management software to process their solar incentive applications for the first time. In the case of IID, PowerClerk replaced an in-person application process that had been used in years past. Contractors and customers have been very positive about the change, commenting on the ease of submitting an application.
Anaheim Public Utilities also used PowerClerk to take applications for its 2013 incentive program. Offered on a first-come, first-served basis, incentives for 2013/2014 fiscal year were fully subscribed on the first day. PowerClerk is designed to handle high volumes from programs such as Anaheim’s, which this year experienced a nearly 100% increase in submitted applications over the previous year the first day it was open.
Congratulations to our new and old PowerClerk customers who have kicked off 2013 with successful programs!
